Refund & Return Policy

Cedar Peak Commerce LLC wants customers to have a clear and straightforward return experience.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products should be:

• In original or substantially original condition
• Free from damage caused by customer use
• Returned with original packaging and applicable accessories

Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned in a condition that materially affects resale value may be rejected.

3. Quality-Related Returns

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue.

For verified quality-related issues, Cedar Peak Commerce LLC will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

4. Non-Quality Returns

For returns based on customer preference, accidental ordering, change of mind, incorrect selection, or other non-quality reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Return Procedure

Please contact us before shipping a product back.

Include your order information and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions when the request is approved.

Customers should not send returns to the business address unless specifically instructed to do so.

6. Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will generally be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
